Gailen David


Gailen David is the President of The Sky Steward, LLC and Founder of the Jetiquette Academy, of Coral Gables, FL, promoting a higher level of civility in travel, customer service, and global business through its Jetiquette™ program. He is a faculty member of the Protocol School of Washington® and a certified trainer for Successworks USA®.

 

Gailen is a member of the National Speakers Association® and speaks throughout the world to a wide variety of organizations on Jetiquette™ and other topics related to improving the customer experience. Gailen has over 20 years in the airline industry, developing and implementing customer service training programs for US airlines,corporate aviation, and other service organizations. In addition to the airline industry, Gailen also trains extensively in the retail and hospitality industries.
